16 SEPTEMBER 2011 - CHARITY BEER CHALLENGE RAISES £350

The Bury St Edmunds Junior Chamber met on 16 September 2011 where 5 teams, led by the committee members, embarked on a journey around Bury St Edmunds to find the answers to a number of questions set out in their Beer Challenge Pack!!

Their journey took them from the Ivory Bar to 5 locations; So Bar, Benson Blakes, Karooze, The Gym and LP. They then had to work together to answer 5 bar related questions and 5 general knowledge questions.

As a result of a great night we raised £350 for St Nicholas Hospice and we had fun doing it!

Ultimately there had to be a winning team so congratulations to Abi Ryding's team!

16 SEPTEMBER 2011 - CHARITY BEER CHALLENGE

The Bury St Edmunds organising a CHARITY BEER CHALLENGE as its September event, to take place on FRIDAY 16 SEPTEMBER.

The challenge will take you, and your team around some pubs and bars in Bury, whilst completing quiz questions, and raising funds for a very worthy cause - ST NICHOLAS' HOSPICE.
